Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to use our service, the client agrees to the following conditions

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Glass Master guarantees the quality of our window cleaning services. If the client is not satisfied with the results, they must notify Glass Master within 48 hours of the service. We will return to remedy any reasonable imperfections free of charge.

2. Exclusion of Liability for Minor Damage

While we take great care to avoid any damage, the client acknowledges that window cleaning can occasionally result in minor, reasonable damages to property. Glass Master is not responsible for:

  • Minor scratches on windows or frames caused by standard cleaning procedures.

  • Damage to plants, landscaping, or other items that may be exposed to water or cleaning agents during the service.

  • Pre-existing damage or defects to windows, frames, seals, or surrounding areas.

  • Fading or discoloration of window tinting or coatings due to cleaning.

Clients are encouraged to inform Glass Master of any concerns prior to the service.

3. Access and Safety

The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to all windows that require cleaning. This includes clearing any obstructions or potential hazards such as fragile items, heavy furniture, or unsafe surfaces.

If Glass Master deems any part of the property unsafe for cleaning, we reserve the right to refuse service until safety concerns are addressed.

4. Weather and Environmental Conditions

For outdoor cleaning services, Glass Master may reschedule appointments due to weather conditions (such as heavy rain or strong winds) that may affect the quality or safety of the service.

5. Use of Cleaning Products

Glass Master uses industry-standard, eco-friendly cleaning solutions. If the client has any allergies, sensitivities, or restrictions for any reason regarding the use of specific products, they must inform Glass Master before the service begins.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to a fee.

7. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Glass Master, its employees, and subcontractors harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages (except those arising from gross negligence or intentional misconduct) relating to the services provided.

8. Severability

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
